Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions provide detailed information for patients considering cosmetic and medical skin procedures with Nuriss Skincare and wellness Clinics.
A credit card number is required for all new client booking to secure the appointment. All details are deleted once the appointment has occurred.
- All cosmetic non-surgical treatment consultations £100 (anti-wrinkle injections, fillers, lip enhancement, excessive sweating) This is redeemable against the cost of treatment if booked on the day.
- All facial treatments consultations are £100. This is redeemable against the cost of treatment booked on the day

2. Our fees include (as applicable)
a. Operating theatre charges
b. Consultation and procedure fee
c. Anaesthetic fee if required.
d. Follow up as required for free.
3. Our fees exclude (as appropriate)
a. Consultations and treatment of medical conditions that may arise that are not related to your agreed procedure either before or after surgery.
b. The correction of previous procedures or treatments not performed by Nuriss Practitioners
c. Additional treatments that are deemed above and beyond what was discussed at the initial consultation and price structure.
d. Prescription fees and referral fees.
4. Payment Terms
We accept cash and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards, Maestro (formerly Switch) and Solo. We no longer accept cheques. Payment must be made either in advance or at the time of the procedure. We also offer 0% finance packages.
5. The consultant / cosmetic practitioner
The consultant / doctor is engaged by Nuriss Clinics so we can provide his or her services to you. All practitioners are covered independently with indemnity policies. The company also has medical indemnity insurance.
You must answer any questions put to you by the consultant or other clinical staff truthfully, completely and accurately and provide any information which may affect your initial consultation, treatment or recovery.
6. Personal Details
You agree that we Nuriss can use your personal details for the purposes of providing you with medical and surgical services as well as providing pre- and post-treatment advice for you.
This information may be provided to other clinical organisations and individuals (including the consultant, clinical staff and the hospital) for the same purposes but only in connection with ongoing medical care.
We may also use your contact details to provide you with occasional information about other services we provide or may provide in the future. If you do not wish to receive this information, please tell us. If you do not tell us, we will assume you are happy to receive this information.
We delete all credit card details from our system once the appointment has been attended.
The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices are subject to consultation. Any price quoted in your consultation will then take precedence over prices that may be quoted on this website or elsewhere.
8. Refusal of Treatments
There are several reasons that a doctor may consider that a treatment is not a suitable option for an individual and Nuriss has a strict patient selection criteria to ensure patients are medically fit to undergo a particular treatment. It is therefore possible that we advise, in your best medical interests, that surgery or treatment is not appropriate. We will also not proceed with a procedure if we feel that your expectations exceed the results achievable from such surgery.
Please note that we do not provide treatments for anyone aged under 18 years.
Our aim to to provide a first class service however we cannot guarantee that treatment is possible until the skin concern has been seen by our practitioner whose individual advice takes precedence over any previous information given.
Only once you have been assessed can we give you a full recommendation on what is your best treatment option. Occasionally that may mean a referral to another specialist whether it by for a different type of laser or for the complexity of the concern.
10. Refund Policy (Pre-Paid Beauty Treatment Courses)
If any circumstance arises where a refund is requested, due to medical reasons, there may be an administration fee of £50. Treatments and treatment courses are non-refundable but if a treatment or treatment package is no longer suitable for you, we can provide Nuriss Credit, which can be used towards additional Nuriss treatments and is valid for a period of 6 months. Nuriss does not give refunds for any products purchased.
11. Aesthetic Practitioners
We may occasionally have to change the therapist performing your treatment due to unforeseen circumstances but will do our best to inform you in advance if this is the case.
We do understand if clients are unwell or have other commitments, but please give us as much notice as possible if you wish to rearrange an appointment. We reserve the right to charge for non-attendance or where cancellation is shorter than our policy. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
1. Cosmetic/Medical/Beauty Treatments – 24-hour Cancellation Policy
Clients booking an appointment with a doctor / nurse / practitioner should give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. We reserve the right to charge the full treatment fee / deduct a treatment from a pre-paid package, for practitioner’s time if a client fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment or does not respond to calls/emails.
Clients booking an appointment with a beauty therapist should give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. We reserve the right to charge £50 for therapists’ time if a client fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment or does not respond to calls/emails. This includes laser patch tests, CACI and Murad, waxing, manicure, pedicure and all beauty treatments. Separate policy applies to laser
2. Laser Treatments and Dermastamp– 48-hour Cancellation Policy
Clients that purchase a laser treatments and / or Dermastamp treatments that are unable to attend an appointment should give at least 48 hours notice to reschedule. Clients will not be able to reschedule with less than 48 hours notice or reschedule appointments that they do not attend or where they fail to respond to calls/emails and may consequently lose a session from their course.
