Will exercise get rid of my cellulite?

Exercising – especially routines that build the quadriceps and gluteus muscles, such as weight-bearing squats and lunges – will help get rid of cellulite on thighs and on the buttocks, but will not necessarily cure it. Similarly, core strengthening exercises will help reduce the appearance of cellulite on the tummy, but again, it will not necessarily get rid of it entirely.
