Delivery

Nuriss offer bespoke delivery options to suit your individual needs and should you have a special request, please contact us on support@nuriss.co.uk or by telephone on 07771537951 and we will endeavor to deliver in accordance with your requirements.

Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day, except by special request.

 

1. UK Standard Delivery (Royal Mail)

Free standard UK delivery on orders over £250.00

Please note that standard delivery is not a tracked service.

 

2. UK Next-Day Delivery (Royal Mail)

Available on orders before 12noon – £6.00

 

3. London Same-Day Delivery – Courier

Zone 1 & Zone 2 – £9.99 – Nuriss have teamed-up with Urb-it to offer you Concierge-style shopping delivered within an hour.

This personalised and environmentally-friendly option is available for all orders placed before 12noon.

Zone 3, 4 & 5 – £15.00 – available for all order placed before 12noon.

4. Central London Same-Day Collection

Same-Day collection of your order is available from our Central London Clinic – 48 Wimpole Street, London W1G 8SF for all in-stock items. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email to confirm that your order is ready for collection.

 

5. France Delivery / Collection Courchevel 1850

3-5 Days £15.00

Between 15th December – 15th April, free collection of your order is available from Nuriss MediSpa in Courchevel 1850. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email to confirm that your order is ready for collection.

 

6. Europe Delivery

5-7 Days £15.00

 

7. US Delivery

Customs

If your order is for delivery outside of the United Kingdom, it may be opened and inspected by customs authorities. You will be responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes the order may be subject to. Nuriss has no control over these charges and cannot indicate the amount that may be charged. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

 

Returns

Should you wish to cancel your order or return your product(s) from www.nuriss.co.uk, you may do so by contacting support@nuriss.co.uk or via telephone on 07771537951 within 14 days after the day on which you received your product(s). We will write to you within the next business day to confirm that we have received your cancellation or notice of return.

If your cancellation is received within 24 hours and your order not yet been dispatched, we will process a full refund within 3-5 working days.

If your product order has been dispatched, we will process a refund, less the cost of delivery, within 7-10 working days of receiving evidence that you have returned the product(s) to us, in their original form packaging.

To return your product(s) please package in a secure parcel, including a note of your name, address and order number via the Post Office ‘Royal Mail Signed For’ delivery method. Please also ensure that you take out sufficient insurance to cover the cost of the value of the contents as you are responsible for the items until they are delivered to our offices.

Product(s) are to be returned to the following address: Nuriss Skincare & Wellness Ltd, 48 Wimpole Street, London W1G 8SF.

You must return your product(s) within 14 days after the day of notifying us of your cancellation or return and the product(s) must be in the same condition in which you received them.

Once your return has been processed, we will refund the price paid less the cost of delivery within 3-5 working days. We will not refund the cost of returning your product order to us unless your order is incorrect, faulty or damaged (please see below).

If the product(s) received are not those you have ordered please contact support@nuriss.co.uk and return your product(s) as above. We will process a refund within 3-5 working days or dispatch the correct product(s) within the next business day after receiving proof of return.

Alternatively, you may exchange any incorrect product(s) within 14 days after the day you received your order at our 48 Wimpole Street Clinic.

Nuriss will not refund product orders that have not cleared customs or where customs and/or duties have not been paid.

Refunds are made using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, unless agreed otherwise.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product(s) is faulty, damaged when delivered to you or has developed a fault, you may have one or more legal remedies available to you, depending on when you make us aware of the problem, in accordance with your legal rights.

If your product(s) is faulty or damaged please contact us, preferably in writing to support@nuriss.co.uk, giving your name, address and order reference. We will discuss with you replacement or refund for the specified items.

Please package and return these product(s) to Nuriss Skincare & Wellmess Ltd, 48 Wimpole Street, London W1G 8SF. In these specific circumstances, we will pay any reasonable delivery costs you incur in returning the product to us provided that you send us a proof of postage receipt.  Post Office ‘Royal Mail Signed For’ delivery method is our preferred method of return. Subject to prior agreement, you may return/exchange the faulty or damaged products in person to our 48 Wimpole Street Clinic.
